Our monthly plan lets you pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you pay only for the work you have available.
What if I need to pause my plan?
Send us an email requesting to pause or cancel and we will inform you on how to unpause as well as what pieces of content have not been fulfilled.
In the cause of starting a new plan, we will honor and rollover leftover content that is unfulfilled.
What is our refund policy?
Due to the high-quality nature of our services we do not provide any refunds.
Our customers come first so we do provide a very generous pause and cancellation policy allowing you to rollover leftover content that is unfulfilled.
How do we handle travel cost?
There will be no travel fees for our services unless we are requested to travel to a location other than the greater city of Los Angeles.
In that cause we will communicate directly with your team to determine the cost of travel for an off location shoot.
